Digital Products: Digital products are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be issued for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

Physical Products: Physical products are shipped according to our shipping policies. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase. For custom or personalized items, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Refunds: Refund requests for physical products must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.

Digital Products License: When you purchase digital products (such as Unity assets), you receive a license to use the product according to the specific license terms provided with each product. Unless otherwise stated:

• You may use purchased assets in your own projects
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source files
• You may not claim ownership of the original assets
• Attribution requirements vary by product

User Content: By submitting content to our Services (comments, reviews, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content.

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Our streaming content on platforms like Twitch and YouTube is subject to additional terms:

• Viewer interaction must comply with platform community guidelines
• We reserve the right to moderate chat and remove disruptive users
• Recording or redistributing streams without permission is prohibited
• Any code or assets shown on stream remain our intellectual property unless explicitly released

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
